triQQr 0.2 (Windows, Freeware, 745KB) is a little twitter submitter tool for windows. You can view your Friends or Public timeline with this tool.
Clicking the person's avatar shows the corresponding profile: username, bio, location, & URL. Sending updates can be made to all (Publish to all), or you can pick the username to send to only that person.
Nice client, but I really hope that you have the option to skip the "via http://triQQr.de" text it automatically appends at the end of your message.
