SpeedFan 4.27 (Windows, Freeware, 1.4MB) is a freeware program that monitors voltages, fan speeds and temperatures in computers with hardware monitor chips. SpeedFan can even access S.M.A.R.T. info for those hard disks that support this feature and show hard disk temperatures too, if supported.

Ced's Note: SpeedFan is my favorite PC hardware monitor program. With it, you can see the RPMs of your fans (CPU, Case, etc.), voltages of your system (Vcore, 12V, 5V, 3.3V, etc.), and temperatures of your system (CPU, case, hard drives, etc.). Your motherboard may already have an included software to monitor these, but SpeedFan also gives you the minimum, maximum, and mean values of the above, letting you know of fluctuations that occurred when you were away from your PC.
