Google Chrome 4.0.222.12 Beta (Windows, Open Source, 11.35MB) [alt DL] is a browser that combines a minimal design with sophisticated technology to make the web faster, safer, and easier.
Changes:
- Extensions loaded "Load unpacked extension" (and --load-extension) will no longer change id's when they're reloaded
- Browser Actions (windows only at the moment)
- Can now set an image dynamically with an ImageData from a canvas.
- Can close popups using window.close.
- Popups now have a bubble border.
- some sample extensions converted to use browser actions. (gmail checker, buildbot, mappy)
- a number of other misc bug fixes.
- Extension packing now works on Linux and Mac.
