MozBackup 1.4.9 – Create Backups for Thunderbird, Firefox, Flock, Sunbird, Spicebird, and Songbird

MozBackup 1.4.9 (Windows, Freeware, 732KB) is a simple utility for creating backups of Mozilla Firefox, Mozilla Thunderbird, Mozilla Sunbird, Flock, SeaMonkey, Mozilla Suite, Spicebird, Songbird and Netscape profiles.

I always run MozBackup whenever I do a maintenance backup routine on my machines. Better be safe than sorry, right?
