iTunes Agent 1.3 (Windows, Open Source, 334KB) [alt DL] is an application enabling you to use almost any mass storage device, such as USB keys and mass storage media players, with iTunes.
It rests in your system tray, constantly listening for new devices that are connected to the system. Once it recognizes a device it will create a playlist for that device in iTunes. You can then edit this list by deleting and adding tracks before you choose to synchronize the device from the application's icon in the system tray.
