GreatNews 1.0 Beta Build 384 (Windows, Freeware, 1.04MB) [alt DL] is a powerful RSS reader emphasizing on usability. "Full-page" display makes RSS articles as easy to read as on newspaper. It can synchronize with Bloglines.

This is my favorite RSS reader for Windows. Too bad it doesn’t have a Linux version. As advertised, it can easily sync with Bloglines.
