Adobe Reader 9.0 (Windows, Freeware, 33.5MB) [download via FileHippo] is free software that lets you open, view, search, and print Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) files.
Changes:
- Improved launch speeds
- PDF Portfolios
- Native Adobe Flash support
- Acrobat.com (beta), an exciting new set of online services from Adobe. With Acrobat.com, you can create PDF files online; create and coauthor documents with others; host live web meetings; upload and share PDF files and other types of documents and control who has access to them; and even embed a rich, interactive preview of your document in a web page.
- Improved CAD and geospatial functionality
- PDF Standards Pane
- Security enhancements
- Accessibility enhancements
- Adobe Reader 9 MUI, Adobe's Multilingual User Interface version.
I actually prefer Foxit Reader (http://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf/rd_intro.php) for my PDF viewing needs, but with the above changes, Adobe Reader 9.0 is worth checking out.
