Pidgin 2.3.0 - Multi Protocol IM Client

Pidgin 2.3.0 (Windows, Open Source, 11.82MB) [download via Filehippo] is a multi-protocol instant messaging (IM) client for Linux, BSD, MacOS X, and Windows. It is compatible with AIM and ICQ (Oscar protocol), MSN Messenger, Yahoo!, IRC, Jabber, Gadu-Gadu, SILC, GroupWise Messenger, and Zephyr networks.

Also available for Linux.

Changes:

• significant number of fixes, including some that were marked as
  fixed (but weren't exactly fixed) for earlier releases
• automatic removal of incompatible plugins that cause crashes.

I don't think the new MSN code is working in this release. I'll wait for that to be fixed, before I use Pidgin for Windows again. In the meantime, I'll be using Miranda IM for Windows.
