Windows XP Service Pack 3 (SP3) RC1 Beta (Windows, Freeware, 336MB) [download via FileForum] includes all previously released updates for the operating system. This update also includes a small number of new functionalities, which do not significantly change customers experience with the operating system.
It is still in beta, but if you need to update a PC with Windows XP SP2 *right now*, this will suffice.
