There are three versions of this app: Installer, Stand-alone, and Full. If you also like portable apps (like me), you should get the Stand-alone version.
Just recently, I was trying out the presence update service of Jaiku.com, and was looking for a nice Windows desktop app for it. I am a fan of Twitteroo, a desktop client for Twitter made by RareEdge Design Group, so I was naturally wanting for something similar.
I blindly contacted Eric of RareEdge, inquiring about any plans in creating a Jaiku app, and was rewarded with a preview of Jaikuroo! I was very happy with the preview (version 1.0), and was even more pleased with the latest version (1.1).
I would definitely recommend anyone using Jaiku and Windows to try Jaikuroo.
