Twitteroo 1.4 - Send and Read Tweets Easily

Twitteroo 1.4 (Windows, Freeware, 400KB) is a Windows Desktop client that allows you to monitor your Twitter account and update your status without logging into twitter.com.

Changes:

• Includes built-in URL shortening via rurl.org
• Clicking the Taskbar notification window brings the main Twitteroo window into view
• Reduced the number of available characters from 147 to 140 (like Twitter.com)

I believe Twitter.com automatically makes long URLs short via tinyURL, but I guess rurl.org is a welcome treat.
