The GIMP 2.3.12 (Windows, Open Source, 13.61MB) [dl via Filehippo] is a multiplatform photo manipulation tool. GIMP is an acronym for GNU Image Manipulation Program. The GIMP is suitable for a variety of image manipulation tasks, including photo retouching, image composition, and image construction.
The installer has been pretty much rewritten. It's recommended to uninstall previous GIMP 2.3 version before installing this one. Also, GTK+ is now included in the installer.
