Line Speed Meter 4.0 (Windows, Freeware, 775KB) [dl via SnapFiles] measures your Internet connection speed and creates a report that includes the measured results for download speed, upload speed, latency and DNS lookup times. The program will continue the testing multiple times a day and create historical graphs and also compares your connection speeds to other broadband users. Line Speed Meter is a combination of software client and web service, and all the test results are stored online.
