SymmTime 2006 (Windows, Freeware, 2.91 MB) [via SnapFiles] is a convenient multi-zone desktop time utility that displays the current time in different parts of the world. In addition, it can automatically synchronizes your system clock to any NTP (Network Time Protocol) server accessible over the internet. You can add your own locations, edit time zones and customize the display. The program runs in the system tray and can be customized in size and appearance.
Currently, I use InstantTimeZone, a similar utility that displays the date & time of another time zone (but is only limited to 1 alternate time zone). If you need more than one alternate time zone on your system tray, SymmTime should be a better alternative.
