Ignition 2.10.0.52 (Windows, Freeware, 1.11 MB) [via FileForum] is a CD burning tool that features a space optimizer that will dispatch the files on minimal number of CDs.
Personally, I do data backups on optical media using Nero (included with my writer). Data backups using my "manual method" usually involves wasting a lot of space on CDs. Ignition promises to end that waste.
