Maxtor released new firmware for its SATA II drives, fixing an issue with nForce 4 chipsets.
Drives affected with the said issue are those with model numbers starting with:
- 6B- or 7B-
- 6L- or 7L-
- 6H- or 7H-
- 6V- or 7V-
