UNOFFICIAL Windows98 SE Service Pack 2.1a (Windows, Freeware, 17MB) [via MajorGeeks] contains all Windows98 SE updates from Windows Update site and more. It is a self-extracting and self-installing pack like Microsoft's update files.
This is great if you have a few Windows 98 SE machines you need to maintain. I believe Microsoft already stopped supporting Windows 98, so these updates will be hard to find (until now :) ).
